Lead Full Stack Engineer (.Net)

SCOPE:KANINI is seeking a Lead Full Stack .Net Engineer with strong hands‑on experience across frontend, backend, cloud, and healthcare integrations. In this role, you’ll design and build scalable applications, develop end‑to‑end integrations, and play a key part in modernizing healthcare workflows across patient, provider, scheduling, and clinical systems.We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes full technical ownership, and can independently troubleshoot, design, and deliver solutions. Experience with Athena APIs and EHR integrations is a strong plus.WHAT YOU’LL DODesign, develop, and maintain scalable healthcare web applications across both frontend and backend.Build and integrate REST APIs, event‑driven services, and third‑party healthcare systems — including Athena (preferred).Develop responsive, user‑friendly interfaces using React.js / Next.js.Build backend services using Node.js and C#/.NET, leveraging SQL and PostgreSQL databases.Deploy and manage applications using Azure cloud services (Functions, App Services, Container Apps, Data Factory, Logic Apps, App Insights, Key Vault).Work with RabbitMQ for messaging and event‑driven architecture.Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive reliability and performance improvements.Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.Collaborate with Product, QA, and cross‑functional teams to translate healthcare workflows into scalable technical solutions.Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, raising the technical bar across the team.QUALIFICATIONS:Key RequirementsStrong hands‑on senior developer experience — able to work independently and own solutions end‑to‑end.Proven ability to proactively troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.Experience delivering healthcare integrations and translating clinical/business workflows into scalable architecture.Ability to operate across the full stack: frontend, backend, cloud, APIs, and data.Primary Technical SkillsFrontend: React.js, Next.jsBackend: Node.js, C#/.NETAPIs & Integration: REST APIs, JSON/XML, healthcare integrations, event‑driven architectureCloud: Azure (primary), GCP (nice to have)Azure Services: Functions, App Services, Container Apps, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Application Insights, Key VaultDatabase: SQL, PostgreSQLMessaging: RabbitMQDevOps: GitHub Enterprise, CI/CDNice to Have: Athena SME experience (APIs, scheduling, referrals, patient/provider workflows)Soft SkillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.Ability to take full technical ownership and work with minimal supervision.Skilled at stakeholder management and translating business/clinical needs into technical solutions.
