Lead Full Stack Engineer$180k-$200k + super I’m looking for a high-output engineer who can take an ambiguous product problem and own it from idea through to production.You’ll be:Building across C#/.NET and ReactOwning complex features end to endWorking roughly 60% backend / 40% frontendDesigning APIs, backend services and modern React interfacesMentoring other engineers and raising technical standardsWorking closely with Product on approach and deliveryUsing AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar as part of your normal engineering workflowAround 70% of the work is new product development, rather than simply maintaining an existing platform.Sydney is preferred, although exceptional East Coast candidates may also be considered.2.
