Its solutions aim to help organizations streamline business and IT processes, enhancing overall business management and performance.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Full Stack Java & .NET Developer role based in Dubai. The role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications using both Java and .NET technologies, across front-end and back-end layers. The developer will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other engineers to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. Daily tasks include writing clean, secure, and efficient code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing application performance, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to architectural decisions, supporting deployment activities, and working closely with QA teams to ensure quality and reliability.Qualifications Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with Java and .NET frameworks and related server-side technologies.Proficiency in Front-End Development using HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with a focus on responsive and accessible interfaces.Solid Software Development and Full-Stack Development experience, including design patterns, RESTful APIs, integration, and application lifecycle management.Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and guide developers in best practices and modern development methodologies.Experience with relational databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools is an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
