You will own delivery from here — shipping weekly, hardening for production, and eventually building the team around you. This is a founding-engineer seat inside an established, regulated financial group, not a greenfield startup and not an agency contract.What you will ownThe product roadmap's delivery — prioritized with the MD, executed by youMobile release and maintenance on iOS and AndroidMessaging-channel distribution (WhatsApp, Telegram) at scaleIntegration with brokerage and trading infrastructureProduction hardening: security, monitoring, performance, backup/recoveryContinuous improvement of a live product with real usersHiring and leading the next engineers as the product growsStackReact · TypeScript · Supabase/Postgres · Serverless edge functions · Capacitor · Messaging platform APIs · LLM APIs · AI-assisted development toolsRequirementsMust have5+ years shipping production web applicationsStrong React + TypeScript; able to take over, debug, and evolve an existing codebase without rewriting itSolid Postgres: schema design, triggers, row-level security, query performanceSupabase or equivalent backend-as-a-service in productionShipped at least one mobile app to both the App Store and Google PlayProduction integrations with third-party APIs (messaging, payments, or financial data)AI-native workflow. You use Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, or equivalent daily, and you review and understand everything the model produces.
