Lead Functional Consultant – D365 F&SCM Finance Orlando, FL Area (Onsite) - no travelFull-TimeWe are working with a 100-year-old, family-owned company in Central Florida, with diversified operations across agriculture and real estate, is looking for a Lead Functional Consultant to own Finance within its D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management platform.This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll be the trusted D365 Finance advisor to Finance leadership and controllers. You'll lead design and configuration across GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting, and partner with implementation consultants and developers from discovery through stabilization. Yo be successful you will have:

• 5+ years of ERP, business systems, and finance process experience
• At least 2 end-to-end D365 F&SCM implementations
• Hands-on configuration of financial dimensions, posting profiles, workflows, and organizational structure
• Experience leading fit-gap sessions, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Multi-entity, intercompany, or consolidation experience is a strong plusWhat's on offer:
