Lead Generation & Discovery Specialist

For our client, one of the biggest innovators in delivering offline digital education solutions globally, we are looking for a Lead Generation & Discovery Specialist.Identify, plan, and participate in relevant international trade shows and conferences to generate new leads; Represent the company at events and initiate conversations with potential clients; Proactively generate leads and ensure effective lead capture during events;Coordinate event participation; Conduct proactive follow-ups with leads to schedule discovery calls; Assess and prioritize leads based on relevance and potential; Organize and lead discovery calls to identify client needs; Rigorously qualify opportunities and handover well-qualified leads to the sales team; Accurately document all interactions and opportunities in the CRM; Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and continuous improvement of the sales process; Identify new event opportunities and contribute to pipeline growth; Occasionally support additional sales & marketing activities and provide feedback to optimize processes.The Ideal Candidate:Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / SDR roles;Experience in lead generation in event or trade show environments; Discovery calls and opportunity qualification;Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders in international environments; Strong capability to lead structured qualification conversations and deeply understand client needs; Fluent English (spoken and written);Excellent communication and follow-up skills;Experience working with a CRM system and strong discipline in activity tracking; Willingness to travel frequently internationally;Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and proactive mindset.Please apply online with a detailed CV or send in your application to ana.negrescu@lugera.ro.
