Lead Generation Specialist

Alliance Prime Accounting and Tax Consultancy is looking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B clients for our accounting, tax, and business advisory services. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, online directories, databases, referrals, and other lead sources.Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other outbound sales activities.Qualify prospects based on company profile, business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring CRM records are accurate and up to date.Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects via phone, email, and social media.Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and maximize campaign performance.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation activities and performance.Achieve monthly KPIs for leads generated, qualified opportunities, and appointments booked.Ensure all prospect information is accurate, organized, and compliant with company standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, business development, or a similar role.Proven experience in B2B lead generation is required.Experience in accounting, tax consultancy, financial services, or other professional services is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools is an advantage.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE📩 Send your CV to: careers@alliance-acc.comJoin Alliance Prime Accounting & Tax Consultancy and help businesses grow while advancing your career in professional services.#Hiring #NowHiring #LeadGeneration #LeadGenerationSpecialist #BusinessDevelopment #B2BSales #SalesJobs #InsideSales #Prospecting #SalesCareers #AccountingJobs #TaxConsultancy #ProfessionalServices #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #Careers #JoinOurTeam #AlliancePrime #HiringInDubai #JobOpportunity
