We're Hiring | Lead Generation Specialist 🇸🇦Dezert Innovation Technology is looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.Location: Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaApplicants must be Saudi NationalsAbout the RoleAs a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and creating new business opportunities for our SAP, ERP, Digital Transformation, and IT Solutions portfolio.You will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, qualifying prospects, and scheduling high-quality meetings for our Business Development team.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential B2B clients across various industries. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other outbound channels. Qualify prospects based on business needs and project potential. Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales & Business Development team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead-generation campaigns. Follow up and build relationships with prospective clients. Achieve monthly lead-generation and appointment targets. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, Business Development, or Inside Sales. B2B technology sales experience is preferred. Experience or knowledge of SAP, ERP, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or IT Solutions is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Strong research, prospecting, and lead qualification skills. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
