This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organization, confident decision-making, exceptional guest service, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, two-show-per-night environment.The successful candidate must be able to translate reservations information into a precise nightly seating plan, supervise the hostess team, manage VIP guests, and respond quickly to last-minute changes while protecting both the guest experience and the venue’s commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesReservations and Seating OperationsSupport the Reservations Manager in the daily management of reservations, ticketing information, guest profiles, seating plans, VIP notes, special occasions, and special requests.Review all reservations before service and ensure the hostess and operations teams receive complete and accurate information.Prepare and manage the nightly seating plan for both performances.Make real-time seating adjustments based on late arrivals, cancellations, no-shows, walk-ins, VIP requests, operational requirements, and table availability.Maximize seating efficiency and venue occupancy without compromising the guest experience.Ensure guest preferences, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, celebrations, and VIP arrangements are properly communicated to the relevant departments.Maintain accurate information within the venue’s reservations and ticketing systems.Team LeadershipAct as second-in-command to the Reservations Manager and assume responsibility for the department when required.Lead, supervise, and motivate the hostess team during daily operations.Conduct pre-service briefings covering reservations, VIP guests, seating assignments, special requests, timings, and operational updates.Assign positions and responsibilities to each hostess based on the requirements of the evening.Train the hostess team on reservations procedures, guest recognition, seating protocols, telephone etiquette, grooming standards, complaint handling, and luxury service expectations.Monitor team performance and provide clear, constructive feedback.Support the Reservations Manager with hostess scheduling, attendance monitoring, training, and performance reviews.Guest ExperienceDeliver a warm, elegant, and professional welcome that reflects the standards of Crazy Horse Paris.Oversee guest check-in, ticket verification, queue management, seating, and the transition between the first and second performances.Personally recognize and manage VIPs, partners, celebrities, hotel guests, corporate clients, and guests with special arrangements.Handle guest concerns calmly and discreetly, escalating significant matters to the Reservations Manager or senior management when necessary.Coordinate with Front of House, Security, F&B, Sales, Ticketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless guest journey.Maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume arrivals and time-sensitive seating periods.Commercial Support and ReportingIdentify appropriate opportunities to support ticket upgrades, premium seating, VIP packages, and future bookings.Help reduce seating errors, missed guest notes, delays, no-shows, and unused inventory.Record guest feedback, operational issues, VIP activity, complaints, and important follow-up actions.Provide the Reservations Manager with accurate post-service updates and recommendations for improving the guest experience.Maintain guest confidentiality and handle personal information with discretion.Candidate RequirementsMinimum three years of experience in luxury hospitality, nightlife, fine dining, theatre, entertainment, or a high-volume premium venue.Previous supervisory or team-lead experience within a hostess, reservations, reception, or guest-relations team.Strong experience managing reservations, seating plans, VIP guests, and last-minute operational changes.Confident leadership skills and the ability to make quick, practical decisions under pressure.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Commercial awareness and an understanding of how seating management affects occupancy, revenue, and the guest experience.Professional appearance with exceptional grooming and presentation standards.Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.Comfortable using reservation, ticketing, CRM, and guest-management platforms.Existing knowledge of Dubai’s luxury hospitality and entertainment market is preferred.Must be available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts according to the performance schedule.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a confident hospitality professional who combines warmth and elegance with strong operational discipline.
