Training is planned to begin in October 2026 ahead of the venue opening in November 2026.This is not a traditional hostess position. Approximately 200 guests may arrive within a very short period before each performance, creating an extremely high-paced operating environment. The theatre operates a dynamic zone-based seating model. The Lead Hostess must assess ticket zones, party sizes, arrival patterns, VIP requirements, available tables and operational conditions in real time and make immediate seating decisions.The successful candidate must be an exceptional problem solver who remains calm under pressure and can continuously adjust the room while leading the Hostess team.NIGHTLY OPERATING MODEL- Show 1 - Beverages & Bites: fast guest arrival, high-volume beverage service and efficient delivery of bites.- Show 2 - Full Dinner Show: approximately 3 hours with a prix fixe (pre-set) menu, guest-selected main courses, starter, main and dessert service, plus continuous beverage service.- This is a high-paced, fast dining operation with specific service timings. Food cannot simply be delivered whenever it is ready. Courses must be coordinated between the kitchen, floor team and live show so guests are served within designated operational windows.- For relevant F&B positions, previous banquet service, high-volume dining, hotel functions, events, catering, dinner shows or other timed food-service operations is strongly preferred.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Review the complete reservation manifest before each performance.- Manage the arrival and seating of approximately 200 guests within a compressed period.- Understand reservations by ticketing zone and develop the initial seating strategy before doors open.- Dynamically allocate tables according to ticket zone, party size, arrival order, VIP requirements and available capacity.- Continuously modify seating as actual guest arrivals differ from the original plan.- Handle no-shows, late arrivals, walk-ins, changed party sizes and last-minute bookings.- Solve seating issues immediately without creating unnecessary guest delays.- Protect purchased ticket categories and premium zones.- Maximize available capacity while maintaining the intended guest experience.- Manage queues and guest flow during peak arrival.- Maintain real-time awareness of available, occupied, held and resetting tables.- Coordinate closely with F&B Management before seating guests.- Ensure tables are correctly prepared for Show 2's approximately 3-hour prix fixe dinner experience.- Conduct Hostess team briefings and assign team members to entrances, zones and guest-receptionresponsibilities.- Manage VIP, celebrity, influencer and high-profile arrivals discreetly.- Resolve seating disputes and reservation discrepancies.- Ensure complete handover between daytime Reservations and nighttime Operations.- Coordinate late seating with Show Management.- Ensure the room is seated and performance-ready by showtime.- Lead the reset between Show 1 and Show 2.- Train Hostesses on dynamic seating, reservations systems, ticket zones, guest handling and real-time problem solving.- Prepare end-of-night reporting covering no-shows, late arrivals, seating issues and significant guest feedback.REQUIREMENTS- Previous Lead Hostess, Senior Hostess, Guest Relations or Reservations experience.- Experience managing high-volume guest arrivals strongly preferred.- Excellent ability to work under significant pressure.- Exceptional real-time problem-solving skills.- Strong spatial awareness and understanding of table configurations.- Comfortable managing dynamic rather than fixed seating.- Strong leadership ability.- Confident making rapid operational decisions.- Excellent conflict-resolution skills.- Strong reservations-system knowledge.- Excellent English; additional languages are highly desirable.- Available to begin training in October 2026.COMMON STANDARDS- Support two performances each evening and understand the different service requirements of each.- Attend pre-show briefings and arrive fully groomed in approved uniform.- Respect service timing, guest sightlines and live performance cues.- Move quickly while maintaining accuracy, luxury presentation, discretion and professionalism.- Immediately communicate delays, guest issues or operational problems.- Work collaboratively across Operations, Reservations, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Technical and ShowManagement.- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding performers, celebrities, VIPs and guests.- Follow all applicable food safety, hygiene, responsible alcohol service, cash-handling and UAE regulatory procedures relevant to the position.- Support the rapid reset and transition between Show 1 and Show 2.- Deliver the speed, precision, elegance and premium hospitality expected of the Crazy Horse Paris brand.
