Lead Industrial Security Engineer – Al Khobar (Corporate Office)ResponsibilitiesFunctional ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Senior Industrial Security Engineers to ensure proper implementation of project designs.Lead and guide engineers within the industrial security discipline.Prepare and review engineering studies, design drawings, calculations, and technical documents.Develop material and equipment specifications.Resolve industrial security engineering issues using accepted principles, codes, and standards.Analyze problems and identify critical factors for investigation.Organize and conduct technical investigations and analysis.Participate in developing new industrial security engineering methods.Provide expert advice on design processes and construction methods.Approve major changes in specifications, plans, work techniques, and materials.Determine and schedule work priorities.Prepare engineering proposals and cost estimates.Ensure implementation of quality plans.Authority / Leadership ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance to team members.Recommend staffing solutions, training, and development opportunities.Organize and supervise large teams or specialized engineering groups.Contribute to performance evaluations and staffing recommendations.Ensure accountability for unit deliverables.Approve timesheets.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering and registered as a professional engineer.Minimum 15 years of significant experience in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure projects.Recognized specialist in industrial security engineering for large to mega projects.Strong knowledge of industrial security engineering practices, economic principles, calculation methods, design details, international codes, standards, and specifications.Excellent communication skills.Valid Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification.
