This position is responsible for leading daily instructional sessions, workshops, and activities that teach children core entrepreneurial, financial, and life skills through interactive projects and real-world business exercises. The Lead Instructor plans lesson content, prepares materials, and adapts curriculum to meet the needs and skill levels of different age groups. The role involves supervising and mentoring students, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment, and collaborating with other staff to coordinate schedules, events, and program improvements. The Lead Instructor also communicates with caregivers, provides program updates, and gathers feedback to continuously enhance the learning experience.Qualifications Experience in teaching, youth development, or educational programming, preferably in experiential or project-based learning environments.Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate children of diverse backgrounds.Background or interest in entrepreneurship, small business, financial literacy, or related fields.Proven ability to plan lessons, organize activities, and adapt content to different learning styles and age groups.Collaborative mindset and experience working within a team-oriented environment.Ability to work on-site in New York, NY, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends or special events.Demonstrated commitment to creating inclusive, supportive, and non-discriminatory learning spaces.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Youth Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
