💥We're Hiring: AI & Software Engineering Instructor — Princeton, NJ (On-Site)Syllogic Learning LLC is seeking experienced software engineers, AI engineers, and technical instructors to lead intensive, hands-on training programs for aspiring Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).This is a 12-week, full-time, on-site contract engagement in the Princeton, New Jersey area, with opportunities for additional cohorts.

What You'll Do

Deliver instructor-led technical training covering software engineering, cloud computing, and applied AI.Guide students through hands-on labs, real-world engineering projects, and technical assessments.Teach modern development practices, system architecture, deployment, and AI integration.Mentor early-career engineers as they develop production-oriented engineering skills.Evaluate student progress and provide actionable technical feedback.Ideal Qualifications:Strong professional background in software engineering, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines.Proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI workflows.Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure, Docker, APIs, databases, and cloud deployment.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.Previous teaching, mentoring, or technical training experience is highly desirable.Engagement Details:📍 Location: Princeton, NJ — 100% on-site📅 Duration: 12 weeks per cohort💼 Engagement: Independent contractor (1099 or C2C)🔄 Multiple training cohorts anticipatedWe're particularly interested in engineers who enjoy teaching and want to help develop the next generation of AI and software engineering professionals.Interested?
