قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Purpose The Lead Integration Architect will lead the integration design and technical coordination for the Telecom Services Automation and AI Enablement Initiative. The role is responsible for defining how existing enterprise applications, telecom platforms, approval workflows, and service-provider systems will be integrated and orchestrated to automate end-to-end telecom service delivery. The position will work closely with business stakeholders, system owners, Cyber Security teams, technical teams, and external service providers to establish a secure, scalable, and reusable integration architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical discovery sessions with business stakeholders, system owners, technical teams, and external service providers.Analyse and document existing business processes, service workflows, system interactions, and technical dependencies.Define the target integration architecture and technical roadmap for the initiative.Identify the required APIs, system interfaces, middleware components, integration points, and platform dependencies.Design integration patterns, data flows, orchestration logic, authentication mechanisms, and security requirements.Develop and maintain integration architecture documents, interface specifications, data-flow diagrams, and other technical documentation.Translate business processes and operational requirements into practical technical integration solutions.Coordinate technical requirements and design decisions across internal teams, Cyber Security, vendors, and service providers.Define reusable integration, orchestration, and automation patterns that can be applied across multiple telecom services.Ensure that integration designs comply with enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, logging, monitoring, and error-handling standards.Provide technical direction and guidance to the Integration and Automation Engineer throughout the implementation lifecycle.Support solution testing, integration troubleshooting, performance validation, production readiness, and deployment activities.Identify technical risks, integration constraints, and dependencies, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.Ensure the proposed architecture can support future service expansion, increased transaction volumes, and AI-enabled workflows.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Relevant architecture, cloud, integration, or API-management certifications would be an advantage.Experience6–8 years of relevant experience in system integration, solution architecture, enterprise applications, or related technical roles.At least 3 years of experience in an integration architecture or technical leadership role.Proven experience designing and implementing integrations across multiple enterprise systems and platforms.Experience working with APIs, middleware, integration platforms, workflow orchestration, and enterprise applications.Experience coordinating technical requirements across business teams, system owners, Cyber Security teams, vendors, and external service providers.Previous experience within the telecommunications industry is preferred.Experience with automation platforms, AI-enabled workflows, or intelligent process automation would be an advantage. Technical Knowledge and SkillsStrong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, messaging, and enterprise integration patterns.Good understanding of API management, authentication, authorisation, encryption, logging, monitoring, and error handling.Strong understanding of system-to-system integration, data mapping, workflow orchestration, and service automation.Ability to develop integration architecture, interface specifications, technical requirements, and data-flow documentation.Good understanding of secure, scalable, resilient, and high-availability solution design.Familiarity with telecom platforms, service-management systems, approval workflows, and service-provider ecosystems is preferred.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and solution-design capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management and technical coordination skills.Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical designs.Strong communication and technical documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple systems, dependencies, stakeholders, and service providers.Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.Ability to provide technical leadership and guide engineers during implementation.
