Lead- IT Applications

Key Responsibilities• Application Portfolio Management: Own full lifecycle and drive rationalization and cost efficiency• Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery ensuring timelines, cost, and business outcomes• Business Partnering: Act as IT partner to global and regional business teams (HR, Finance, Sales, R&D, Legal, Regulatory, Manufacturing)• Architecture & Modernization: Drive cloud, AI/GenAI, automation, and low-code adoption• Technology Evaluation: Lead technical assessment of new platforms and AI use cases• Vendor Management: Evaluate vendors, improve delivery efficiency, and maximise value from strategic partnerships• Operations & Support: Drive efficiency and automation to optimize support• Security & Compliance: Enforce enterprise policies and standards, ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements• Team Leadership: Build high-performing teams with AI capabilitiesKey KPIs• Portfolio optimization & cost savings• Program delivery performance• Business adoption and satisfaction• SLA compliance and incident reduction• Vendor efficiency• AI use cases implemented and value realizedExperience• 12–14 years in IT Applications / Enterprise Systems• Experience managing portfolios and transformation programs• Exposure to global delivery environments• Experience evaluating new platforms and AI-driven use casesCore Skills (Required)• Platform technical evaluation, Application lifecycle management, • Experience in global enterprise environments, Cloud and SaaS ecosystems• AI use case evaluation and implementation• Enterprise architecture understanding, Familiarity with enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)Educational Qualification• MBA (IT / Operations / General Management or equivalent)• B.Tech / BE in Computer Science / IT or related field (preferred)Leadership Skills• Stakeholder management and influencing• Strategic thinking with execution focus• Senior leadership communication• Ownership and accountability
