Job Location: Bangalore(Hybrid) Interview Mode: 1st round - Virtual, 2nd final round - F2F in Bangalore officePlease find the Job Description attached below for your reference.Experience - 6+ YearsEvaluation criteria (Must have skills): JAVA, Springboot, microservices, React.js, JAVA 8+(coding experience required), End to End app development experience including database & cloud, Data Structure, System architecture , need strong Back End experience(Front End -Basic experience can be consider)Responsibilities:- Design and develop scalable web applications using React for frontend and Java for backend.- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define application requirements and establish project timelines.- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application and development processes.Skills and Tools Required:- Proficiency in React.js for frontend development.- Strong experience in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.- Understanding of version control systems such as Git.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and development tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
