Lead Java Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Engineer to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, AWS, and distributed systems, along with proven experience leading engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of enterprise-scale full-stack applications.Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.Architect and develop Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.Lead front-end development using React/Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.Drive cloud-native development and deployment using AWS.Design scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performance distributed systems.Lead integration with databases, messaging platforms, and external systems.Establish and improve CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and deployment practices.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering and security standards.Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive root-cause analysis.Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical planning, and roadmap discussions.Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, performance improvement, and technical debt reduction.Required Skills10+ years of software engineering experience.Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+.Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.Strong hands-on experience with Microservices and REST APIs.Strong experience with React.js/Angular.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.Experience with Kafka or other event-driven architectures.Strong SQL and database experience.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and security.Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
