We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and ambitious Lead Marketing Operations Manager who will act as the direct operational anchor for the Chief Marketing Officer. This pivotal hybrid role splits focus: 75% high-leverage execution on sales presentations, contract tracking, tradeshow coordination, speaking engagements, strategic workflow optimization and 25% tactical execution managing client billing, team timesheet approvals, and cross-border meeting logistics. Key Responsibilities
Kitchen365 Growth Marketing: (50%)Focus on dashboarding and analytics first, establishing performance baselines, tracking metrics, and driving data-informed storytelling. Support new client onboarding for marketing services and deliver a strong first 90-day experience with cross-functional leadership. Own kitchen365.com marketing campaigns, drive growth, boost brand presence on social media, and generate qualified leads. Partner directly with the development and design teams to continuously improve website content, quality, and overall digital presence.Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations: (25%)Support the CMO help engage and organize speaking engagements to build up Kitchen365 brand.Assess and evaluate new AI tools and vendor partnerships to drive process improvements and strategic growth.Assist in the production, polishing, and delivery of high-impact sales presentations and proposals.Oversee monthly client billing cycles, coordinate with accounting, and minimize accounts receivable friction.Track and approve internal team timesheets to ensure resource allocation efficiency and accurate project costing.Cross-Functional Leadership: (25%)Champion dashboarding and storytelling for marketing team to standardize processes for all marketing clients.Organize, schedule, and facilitate team building across US and India operations.Coordinate logistics, asset production, and onsite presence for industry trade shows and executive events.Identify operational bottlenecks in agency client handoffs and internal workflows, proposing and executing automation solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 4+ years of proven, hands-on experience in business operations, marketing coordination, or project management.2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience executing campaigns, building performance dashboards and story-telling.Exceptional organizational skills with obsessive attention to detail and ability to juggle conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, comfortable interacting with distributed teams spanning multiple geographies.Advanced proficiency with modern office suites, CRM tools, and digital collaboration software (e.g., Basecamp, Teamwork, Google Workspace, project management boards).A proactive, self-starter mentality with the high intellectual curiosity required to transition into a strategic advisor role.
