We work closely with our IT and Engineering clients to identify talented professionals for a variety of technical and engineering positions across multiple locations.We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position:Position: Lead Mechanical EngineerLocation: Houston, TX 77042Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 12+We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Lead to join a multidisciplinary team supporting innovative and sustainable building projects, with a strong focus on Healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical design and multidisciplinary projects, serving as Project Manager and Mechanical Lead.Design and oversee building HVAC systems, including complete airside systems, heating/cooling hydronic systems, and specialty exhaust systems.Support projects through drawings, specifications, technical reports, presentations, and sustainable design solutions.Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and code officials.Manage client relationships, project quality, commercial performance, proposals, and business development/work-winning activities.Support healthcare projects from design through construction, with opportunities to lead regional mechanical teams..Must-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.Professional Engineering (PE) license in the US.12+ years of professional experience designing building HVAC systems, including airside and hydronic system components, with significant experience on healthcare projects focused on inpatient critical care facilities.Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing complex, large-scale client relationships.Demonstrated track record of work-winning and commercial foresight, with proven expertise building and managing successful relationships with client organizations.Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, HIH, LEED energy efficiency and indoor quality, and NFPA.Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.Nice to HaveLEED Accreditation or WELL Certification.Engineering analysis and energy modeling experience, including whole-building energy analysis, façade thermal analysis, and airflow modeling.Equal Employment OpportunityPrimeBridge Workforce is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
