Lead Mechanical Engineer – Data Centre📍 Singapore | Permanent | Fully on-site ⚡ Owner-side mechanical engineering role across major mission-critical projects — cooling, HVAC, design assurance and technical leadership.Take technical ownership of mechanical design across complex, high-reliability facilities in Singapore. This is a hands-on engineering position, not a pure project-management role.The roleYou’ll lead mechanical design review and technical assurance across:HVAC, cooling and associated mechanical infrastructureDetailed design review and multidisciplinary coordinationMechanical standards, specifications and QA/QCTechnical issue resolution with consultants, contractors and vendorsConstruction, commissioning and handoverReliability, energy efficiency, buildability and system performanceWhat we’re looking forStrong mechanical engineering experience within technically complex facilities, with the ability to review designs, challenge engineering decisions and provide clear technical direction.Direct data-centre experience is useful but not essential.Relevant backgrounds include:Data centres | Semiconductor / wafer fabs | Pharmaceutical / life sciences | Advanced manufacturing | Complex MEP / building-services consultancy
