Lead Mobile Architect

We're looking for a Lead Flutter Architect to drive the architecture and delivery of innovative mobile platforms within the HVAC sector.This is a key leadership role focused on building scalable, high-quality mobile solutions that support the digital transformation of energy-efficient technologies.What You’ll Be DoingDefine and govern mobile architecture and engineering standardsLead and mentor a cross-functional mobile development teamDrive delivery performance, code quality, and technical directionPartner closely with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholdersBalance technical debt reduction with feature deliveryContribute to architectural decisions and complex implementation workSupport agile processes and team development initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.Experience: 7+ years in mobile application development, with a proven track record in software architecture.Tech Stack: Ideal: Hands-on Flutter expertise, including state management, architectural patterns, and code governance tooling (e.g., Dart Code Metrics).Also considered: Strong experience with other cross-platform technologies (Kotlin Multiplatform, React Native) plus a genuine interest in mastering Flutter.Minimum: A solid native mobile background (Android and/or iOS) with a clear commitment to transitioning into Flutter.Architecture & Governance: Track record of managing technical debt, setting code review standards, and defining robust integration boundaries.Stakeholder Skills: Confident engaging with clients at PO/Architect level — able to give realistic estimates and defend architectural trade-offs.Engineering Quality: Comfortable breaking down complex systems, upholding strong engineering standards, and rolling up your sleeves on critical components when needed.Communication: Fluent English with strong interpersonal skills for effective technical leadership.Nice to have:Experience with BLE or NFC communicationFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automationExperience within the Windows ecosystemWhat’s on OfferFlexible hybrid workingSalary up to €75,000Long-term, impactful product developmentInternational engineering environmentCareer growth and leadership opportunitiesProfit-sharing/bonus schemeOpportunity to work on sustainability-focused technology solutions📩 Interested?
