Your code sits directly in the fraud‑prevention path for live financial transactions.The RoleLead architecture, design, and delivery of a high‑performance mobile SDK used inside tier‑one banking appsSet engineering standards, guide tooling decisions (native vs cross‑platform), and raise the bar for mobile qualityMentor and manage a small team of mobile engineersOwn the full lifecycle: design → build → test → release → monitoringIntegrate with backend identity and fraud‑detection APIs (REST/JSON, OAuth, SAML)Work closely with product/design to create secure, low‑friction user journeysChampion CI/CD, automation, and mobile security best practicesStay ahead of iOS/Android OS changes, mobile security trends, and identity‑tech developmentsTelco Exposure (Required)You’ll work closely with telco‑related integrations, including:SIM‑card setup and device‑level identity signalsTelco APIs and network‑based authentication dataUnderstanding how mobile network behaviour impacts fraud detection and device trustWhat You BringProven experience leading mobile engineering teamsStrong hands‑on skills in iOS (Swift/Obj‑C) and solid capability in Android (Kotlin/Java) Ideally iOS‑leaning, but comfortable owning both platformsDeep understanding of mobile architecture, secure coding, and performance optimisationExperience shipping and maintaining production apps/SDKs at scalEFamiliarity with cross‑platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Cordova)Strong API integration experienceExcellent communication skills across engineering, product, and designBonus: fintech, identity, cybersecurity, telco, OAuth/SAML
