We're seeking a builder, an architect, and a mentor who can drive execution while shaping the future of our mobile ecosystem.You'll own the delivery of a flagship mobile product while serving as a technical anchor across multiple mobile initiatives, helping establish engineering standards, elevate talent, and accelerate innovation through modern AI-powered development practices.What You'll Own✅ Lead from the Front Drive the development, performance, and delivery of a core mobile application used by enterprise customers. Stay deeply involved in the code and lead through execution.✅ Architect for Scale Design and implement scalable mobile architectures, reusable component libraries, and predictable state management using React Native, TypeScript, Redux, Zustand, and Context API.✅ Set the Mobile Standard Establish and champion best practices for application architecture, navigation, performance optimization, testing, and maintainability across multiple product teams.✅ Mentor & Elevate Coach engineers across internal teams and external development partners, raising the bar for code quality, engineering discipline, and delivery excellence.✅ Drive AI-Powered Development Leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI tools to streamline workflows, improve engineering productivity, and accelerate product delivery.✅ Optimize Delivery Pipelines Partner with QA and DevOps teams to strengthen CI/CD practices, automate testing, and create frictionless App Store and Google Play release processes.What Makes You a Great Fit8+ years of professional mobile development experienceDeep expertise building production applications with React Native and TypeScriptStrong native development experience in Swift and/or Kotlin, with the ability to develop custom modules and optimize platform-specific functionalityProven track record of delivering high-quality mobile products in fast-paced environmentsStrong architectural mindset with experience creating scalable, maintainable mobile platformsAbility to balance speed, innovation, and technical debt without over-engineering solutionsExperience mentoring developers and guiding distributed or hybrid engineering teamsHands-on experience incorporating AI-assisted development tools, LLM workflows, or Agentic AI solutions into software delivery practicesTechnology Stack Mobile: React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin Backend & Cloud: C#, Azure Data: SQL, Snowflake DevOps & Delivery: CI/CD, Automated Testing, App Store & Play Store Release ManagementWhy This Role?You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on products used by real customers while influencing the technical direction of an entire mobile organization.
