Lead Montessori Teacher (AMI 3–6)

This is a rare opportunity to shape a thriving prepared environment, guide a committed team and contribute to the continuing development of an established Montessori organisation.The Role:As Lead Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your Children’s House, shaping a calm, purposeful and beautiful Montessori environment while leading and inspiring your classroom team.You will:Guide each child’s development with care, insight and respectDemonstrate strong knowledge of Montessori materials and child developmentLead with clarity, fostering a collaborative and professional team cultureBuild positive, professional relationships with familiesContribute to the wider life of the schoolWe are looking for a confident and reflective Montessori practitioner who:Holds an AMI 3–6 Diploma and experience with young childrenBrings strong leadership, organisation and clear communicationBuilds relationships with ease and professionalismIs committed to safeguarding, equity and inclusion
