This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys shaping technical direction, championing engineering best practices, and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.What You'll DoProvide technical direction and hands-on guidance across backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular or React) developmentSupport, guide, and mentor a development team working in an Agile environmentContribute to solution design, code quality, and architectural decision-makingCollaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and senior stakeholders to shape technical direction and deliverablesDrive best practices across code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architectureTroubleshoot complex technical challenges and support the team in resolving themFoster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovationWhat We're Looking For7+ years of hands-on .NET development experience5+ years of experience with Angular or ReactExperience leading or mentoring development teamsStrong understanding of modern software engineering practices and Agile methodologiesSolid knowledge of software design and SOLID principlesExperience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)Proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Angular or ReactStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and senior business stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions
