With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 17,000+, and has 58 offices in 22 countries within key global markets.Our challengeAs a Lead .NET Developer with React.js, your challenge is to architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications while leading development teams through the full software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to build modern web applications using .NET Core, C#, React.js, Microservices, REST APIs, Cloud Technologies, and DevOps practices. Your expertise in full-stack development, solution architecture, and technical leadership will drive digital transformation initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).The RoleResponsibilitiesMinimum 10+ years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack Development.Proven experience leading development teams and driving technical delivery across multiple projects.Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, and Microservices Architecture.Extensive front-end development experience using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and Bootstrap.Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise applications.Experience working with SQL Server, database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Clean Architecture.Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Harness.Experience implementing authentication and security frameworks including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and SSO.Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience performing code reviews, application modernization, and mentoring development teams.Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Banking and Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.RequirementsLead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications using .NET Core, React.js, and Microservices architecture.Architect scalable and secure solutions that meet business, performance, and compliance requirements.Develop modern, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET Core and ASP.NET Web API.Design and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and NoSQL technologies.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers while enforcing coding standards and best practices.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to define technical solutions and implementation strategies.Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives leveraging Azure, AWS, or GCP services.Implement application security standards including OAuth, JWT, SSO, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.Develop and oversee CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and release management processes.Perform code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical assessments to ensure application quality and maintainability.Support Agile delivery processes including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions while minimizing business impact.Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing, automation, and quality assurance practices.Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.Identify opportunities for system optimization, performance enhancement, and application modernization.Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to development processes, architecture, security, and engineering excellence.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure Services including App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure SQL.Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Monitoring Tools.Strong background in Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets applications.Microsoft Azure or .NET certifications are a plus.
