Job Responsibilities
To conduct property due diligence and handle end to end documentation required for acquisition of PAN India Properties (specifically North India, East India and Gujarat)Structure, Negotiate and finalize MOU, sale deeds, lease deeds and other transaction documentsApply structured problem-solving skills to create value for the organization.Lead initiatives to put in place best in class systems and processes in order to improve team performanceInteractions: Law firms, advocates, solicitors, business development teams, and developers.
