Every plan is built around real health data, real regional food, and real life, and validated by a nutritionist before it ever reaches a family. You'd be that nutritionist. The first one. Which means the way NourishSmart thinks about Indian vegetarian nutrition- the standard every plan is held to, starts with you.You're not inheriting a system. You're building it.You'll define what a NourishSmart plan actually means, not calorie counting, not a weight loss template, but a wellness approach rooted in Indian food and grounded in real clinical thinking. Every plan carries your sign-off before it goes to a family. You'll train the home chefs who cook inside these plans every day, so the knowledge in your head becomes something they carry into someone's kitchen. You'll speak directly with families at the moments that matter, onboarding, health milestones, plan changes, real conversations, not a chat window.You'll work hand in hand with the team on the ground to make sure what gets cooked actually matches what was planned. And you'll be the person the founders turn to when a decision needs a clinical lens, because building this right matters more than building it fast.This is not an admin-heavy role, and it's not one where every decision gets second-guessed.
