Our products deliver powerful, immersive sound in ultra-discreet form factors, featured across premier luxury residences, commercial spaces, and architectural showpieces globally.Role Overview As the Lead of Technical Education & Integration, you will serve as the primary global voice and technical authority for XSCACE. This role is responsible for designing world-class training programs, building partner certification paths, and leading technical product enablement for our international network of distributors, custom integrators, system designers, and architects. You will combine deep technical audio expertise with exceptional presentation skills to elevate the brand's integration standards worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum & Program Architecture: Design, structure, and maintain comprehensive technical training modules, certifications, and application guides covering acoustic principles, amplifier matching, DSP configuration, and architectural integration.Global Technical Delivery: Conduct high-impact, engaging technical workshops, webinars, product demonstrations, and in-person training sessions for international partners, luxury AV integrators, and internal teams.Integration & Application Support: Serve as the escalation lead for complex project designs, advising on acoustic positioning, structural integration, and third-party control system compatibility.Content & Technical Documentation: Author clear, polished technical whitepapers, application notes, schematics, and quick-start integration manuals.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with engineering, product development, and sales leadership to translate sophisticated hardware/DSP engineering into intuitive training frameworks.Key QualificationsFlawless English Communication (Mandatory): Native or bilingual-level proficiency in spoken and written English. Exceptional verbal articulation, command of room, and presentation presence are non-negotiable.Audio & Systems Expertise: Solid technical understanding of architectural audio systems, acoustic behavior, loudspeaker mechanics, digital signal processing (DSP), and amplifier integration.Technical Instruction Experience: Proven track record in developing curriculum, delivering technical training, or working in client-facing application engineering within the custom installation (CI), high-end Hi-Fi, or professional AV sectors.Problem-Solving & System Diagnostics: Strong analytical capability to troubleshoot signal path issues, DSP configurations, and complex audio-visual setups.Location & Presence: Full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, with readiness to host international partners and travel for key industry events or on-site partner sessions when needed.
