Lead - Operational Risk Management

Key Responsibilities

Design and establish a robust risk management framework tailored to the needs of Qiddiya's projectsImplement risk management strategies and tools to effectively identify, evaluate, and prioritize risksDevelop and maintain risk registers for the projects and ensure ongoing monitoring and review of risk mitigation strategiesProvide training and guidance to project teams on risk management processes and toolsCollaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making processesPrepare and present risk management reports and findings to senior management and relevant stakeholdersFacilitate risk workshops and discussions to promote awareness and understanding of risks throughout the organizationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plusA minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a management role within a large-scale project environmentStrong knowledge of risk assessment techniques and quantitative risk analysis toolsProven experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and governance structuresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager, Project Management Professional) are a bonus
