Lead Operations | New Flagship Store (Coffee/F&B)

We are looking for an experienced Lead of Operations to lead in launching new café concepts in Singapore, with plans to open and scale multiple outlets. What you’ll be taking on:Lead multi-outlet café operations and ensure consistent service, food quality and customer experienceDrive sales, labour cost, food cost, gross profit and outlet KPIsLead new outlet openings, including manpower, training, equipment, stock and operational readinessDevelop and improve SOPs, workflows and productivity initiatives to support rapid expansionBuild and develop Operations Managers, Outlet Managers and outlet teamsStrengthen customer experience and ensure brand standards are consistently deliveredWork closely with Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT and Projects teamsDrive continuous improvement through operational data, customer insights and new ideasWhat we’re looking for:✔️ Proven multi-outlet F&B / Cafe Retail Operations leadership experience✔️ Strong commercial understanding of P&L, sales, labour, food cost and margins✔️ Experience in café, QSR, casual dining, F&B or new concepts preferred✔️ Proven track record in new outlet openings, stabilisation and scale-up✔️ Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills✔️ Hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment🌟 Why Join?This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team of a new café concept, with the opportunity to shape the operating model, build the team and play a key role in the brand's future expansion.Feel free to contact Linna at 6772 9952 / 9118 3575 for a confidential discussion or email cv.get@recruithaus.com.sg
