Lead Primary Teacher

Elite Private School is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and inspiring Lead Primary Teacher to join our academic leadership team.The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding classroom practice while supporting the Head of Primary in driving high standards of teaching, learning, curriculum implementation, and student achievement across the Primary phase. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher who is passionate about mentoring colleagues, promoting educational excellence, and fostering a positive learning culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality lessons that promote outstanding student outcomes.Lead by example through exemplary classroom practice and professional conduct.Support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Primary curriculum.Coach, mentor, and support teachers to improve teaching and learning practices.Conduct lesson observations, learning walks, and provide constructive feedback where required.Monitor student progress and work collaboratively to improve attainment and achievement.Promote effective assessment practices and the use of data to inform teaching.Support curriculum planning, moderation, and quality assurance processes.Contribute to staff professional development initiatives and collaborative planning.Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Support the school's safeguarding, wellbeing, and behaviour expectations.Assist with school events, inspections, accreditation requirements, and other whole-school initiatives.Undertake additional leadership responsibilities as delegated by the Head of Primary or Senior Leadership Team.Observe the classes for the Teachers and guide them through the ADEK and school best teaching practices.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant subject with a recognised teaching qualification.Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching in a Lead Primary Teacher setting.Previous experience in a leadership or coordinator role.Strong knowledge of effective teaching strategies, curriculum planning, assessment, and student-centred learning.Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills.Commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.Experience in an international or UAE school environment is an advantage.If you are a passionate educator with the ability to inspire both students and colleagues, we would love to hear from you.Apply now and become part of a collaborative team dedicated to educational excellence.
