Lead / Principal BPM Developer - IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)

As a Lead / Principal BPM Developer focused on IBM Business Automation Workflow, you will help turn complex process requirements into scalable technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and contributing to high-impact delivery across the full application lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain business process applications using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)Translate business requirements into technical solutions and workflow designsDevelop and configure business processes, process applications, and workflow componentsImplement integrations between BAW applications and external systemsTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure application stability and performanceSupport application testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenanceEnsure compliance with development standards and best practicesCollaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycleProvide technical guidance and support to development team membersContribute to continuous improvement of workflow solutions, development practices, and application performanceRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience7-10 years of experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and/or relevant IBM BPM technologies, with strong hands-on experience developing and implementing workflow automation solutionsExperience with enterprise application integration, including integrating IBM BAW with REST and SOAP APIs, Java-based services, and IBM MQ and core banking platforms or other banking systemsExperience troubleshooting technical issues in BPM or workflow applicationsKnowledge of business process management concepts and workflow designExperience delivering BPM solutions within banking and financial servicesAbility to work on-sitePreferred QualificationsExperience collaborating with business analysts, solution architects, development teams, business users, product owners, and senior client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical workflow solutionsIBM BPM or IBM BAW certifications related to workflow development and solution implementationJava certification relevant to custom development or system integrationsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
