1. Job Description – Lead Product DesignerExperience: 10–15 YearsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Lead Product Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX/UI design, product strategy, user research, and design leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to final deliveryDefine and drive the overall product design and user experience strategyConduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutionsCreate user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholdersEstablish and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across productsMentor and guide UI/UX and Product DesignersAdvocate for user-centered design and best practices across the organizationRequired SkillsUX/UI DesignProduct Design & StrategyUser Research and Usability TestingWireframing and PrototypingDesign SystemsFigma and other relevant design toolsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsExperience designing web and mobile applicationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field10–15 years of relevant Product Design experience.Proven experience leading product design teams and complex digital products
