Lead Product Designer

Where are my remote design leaders at?I’m working with a global consumer FinTech that’s looking for someone to come in and completely rethink the experience of a product that has grown A LOT over the years.And when I say rethink, I don’t mean:“Let’s change the button and clean up the Figma file.” 😂There’s UX debt.The design system needs work.There are inconsistencies across journeys. And they want someone who can look at the whole thing and say:“I know what needs to change, and I know how we’re going to get there.” You’ll be owning the design direction across a complex B2C FinTech product, covering areas like payments, onboarding, investing, education, rewards, engagement and AI-powered experiences. You’ll also be leading a small team of Product Designers, so previous line management experience is important - but this is definitely NOT a role where you stop designing.You’ll still be getting your hands dirty across discovery, research, prototyping, interaction design, visual design and the design system, working closely with Product and Engineering to actually get things shipped. What I’m looking for:👉 Strong B2C FinTech product experience👉 Experience transforming a complex product, not just maintaining one👉 Strong UX and visual craft👉 Previous line management experience👉 Someone opinionated enough to challenge the status quo👉 Still VERY hands-on👉 Trading/investing experience = a lovely bonus 👀🌍 Remote - particularly interested in people across Cyprus, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Armenia, Georgia & Azerbaijan.If this sounds like you, I want to talk to you. 👋
