Lead Product Manager

As Beanz grows, the team focuses on building intuitive features, strong partnerships with cafés, and a vibrant community of users.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Product Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Lead Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Beanz app, from discovery and roadmap definition to delivery and optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, translating customer insights and business goals into clear product features, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations. The role will oversee product experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement of user engagement, retention, and monetization. The Lead Product Manager will also mentor product team members, coordinate with café partners, and ensure alignment between product strategy and company objectives.Qualifications Proven experience in product management, ideally in consumer apps, marketplaces, or digital platforms.Strong skills in product discovery, user research, requirements definition, and roadmap planning.Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations.Experience using analytics tools, experimentation, and metrics to inform product decisions.Demonstrated capability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver products from concept to launch.Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and iterating quickly based on user feedback.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Background or strong interest in food & beverage, lifestyle apps, or loyalty/rewards platforms is beneficial.Eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
