Lead Product Manager (India)

Role: Platform Product Manager (Real-estate or Proptech)Location: Bangalore, India.Role description:We are looking for an experienced Platform Product Manager to own the systems that make the marketplace trustworthy: verification workflows, government and banking integrations, transactions, and internal operations tooling. The ideal candidate is comfortable in technical domains, works well with external institutional partners, and treats internal users as first-class customers.

Responsibilities

● Own verification workflows end to end: identity, listing, and ownership verification across product and operations● Drive integration roadmaps with government, identity, and banking partners — requirements, sequencing, and launch readiness● Own the transaction experience at the platform level: escrow flows, state visibility, and failure handling● Define and prioritize the admin portal roadmap with operations teams● Translate regulatory and partner requirements into clear product specifications● Coordinate across engineering squads to sequence dependencies on shared platform capabilities

Requirements

● 6+ years of product management experience, including significant work on technical or platform products● Experience shipping products that depend on third-party or institutional integrations (government, banking, identity, or similar)● Ability to work at the systems level: APIs, data models, workflow states, and edge cases● Experience with internal tools, operations workflows, or trust-and-safety products● Strong stakeholder management across engineering, operations, compliance, and external partners● Excellent written specification skills for complex, correctness-critical flows● Ability to operate independently with minimal ramp timePreferred:● Experience with KYC/identity verification or payment/escrow products● Experience working directly with government or banking partners● Experience in regulated environments
