SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.For one our clients, we are currently looking for a Lead Program Manager (Agentic AI Telecom Platform):On-site in Saudi ArabiaFreelanceFull-timeStart date: 14.09.2026Duration: 1 year + extensions possibleRole PurposeLead the end-to-end design, build, deployment, and operationalization of a large-scale Agentic AI platform for telecom networks, integrating AI agents across RAN, Core, Transport, Service Assurance, Network Planning, and OperationsKey ResponsibilitiesOwn overall program delivery, budget, governance, and stakeholder managementDefine platform roadmap for Agentic AI, Digital Twin, AIOps, and Autonomous Network OperationsCoordinate product, architecture, engineering, data science, MLOps, and telecom domain teamsDrive integration with OSS/BSS, NMS, Data Lakes, CMDB, observability platforms, and vendor ecosystemsManage multi-vendor environments including Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, and cloud providersDefine KPIs for network automation, fault reduction, MTTR, SLA compliance, and operational efficiencyEstablish AI governance, explainability, model risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworksLead Executive reporting and steering committeesRequired Experience:15+ years in telecom transformation and network automationDelivered at least 2 large-scale:AIOps platformsAutonomous Network Operations platformsTelecom AI/ML platformsOSS modernization programsExperience across:4G/5G RAN5G CoreTransport NetworksOSS/BSSCloud-native platformsStrong understanding of Agentic AI, MCP, AI orchestration frameworks, RAG, LLMOps, MLOps.Experience delivering programs exceeding €20M.SNI sp. z o.o. will process personal data for the purpose of the recruitment process in accordance with Data Privacy Policy.
