Job Description

1. Lead Project Planning, Scheduling & Controls using Oracle Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud, including WBS creation, baseline development, critical path analysis (CPM), progress tracking, forecasting, and schedule optimization.2. Manage End-to-End Primavera Implementations (P6 EPPM, Primavera Cloud, Unifier, Aconex, and Primavera Team Member) by gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, conducting testing, and ensuring successful deployment.3. Develop and Monitor Project Performance Metrics through dashboards, KPIs, Earned Value Management (EVM), cost and schedule variance analysis, resource utilization reports, and executive-level reporting.4. Configure and Administer Oracle Unifier including Business Processes (BP), workflows, cost management modules, document management systems, dashboards, shell structures, forms, and automated approval processes.5. Implement and Manage Oracle Aconex Document Control Systems, including document registers, workflows, transmittals, submittals, revision control, drawing approvals, collaboration management, and common data environments (CDE).6. Lead Resource, Cost, and Risk Management Processes by managing resource allocation, cost breakdown structures (CBS), risk registers, mitigation plans, resource leveling, and project portfolio governance.7. Drive System Integration & Data Migration Activities using Primavera Gateway, REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL, XML, SAP, Tableau, Deltek, GIS, and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data exchange and business continuity.9. Provide Functional Consulting & Customer Success Support by conducting requirement analysis, solution fit-gap assessments, troubleshooting issues, preparing implementation roadmaps, and delivering best-practice project management solutions.8. Design and Deliver Training Programs for project managers, planners, engineers, document controllers, and senior management on Primavera P6, Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and Oracle Aconex applications through onsite and remote sessions.10. Support Business Development & Pre-Sales Activities by demonstrating Primavera solutions, preparing technical proposals, conducting proof-of-concepts, showcasing product capabilities, and advising clients on digital project management transformation strategies.Profile SummaryLead Project Management Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Project Controls, and Enterprise Project Management Solutions.
