Most of our business comes from referrals, a direct result of the trust we build with every client.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Senior-level Project Manager to manage and oversee our most complex projects, whether high-end residential renovations or custom builds; every project offers unique opportunities. You'll manage projects from preconstruction through completion, owning budgets, schedules, finish details, trade partner relationships, and client communications, while coordinating and mentoring your team to uphold the standard of craftsmanship and client experience Bohan is known for, and confidently managing a direct report.This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role based out of our corporate office in Eastport, Annapolis, MD. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance and be able to work from the office five days a week. We welcome applications from those willing to relocate to Maryland. However, this role does not include relocation assistance.What You'll DoReview complete project scope with Estimating/Sales and Preconstruction/Design teams before work begins.Conduct regular job site visits to confirm adherence to the contract, plans, budget, design, and quality standards.Provide clients with detailed daily progress summaries, including documentation, notes, and photos.Schedule and coordinate required county and city inspectionsBuild and maintain project schedules, proactively communicating changes to clients and team membersServe as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns professionally and effectivelyCapture and track all change orders and extra work requests accurately from concept to executionPrepare and complete punch lists ahead of final client walkthroughsSecure project completion certificatesMentor and support team members, including other project managers, by ensuring the thorough capture, documentation, communication, and execution of all project detailsDevelop and manage relationships with trade partners, overseeing their performance on-siteOwn job site safety, cleanliness, security, and protection of work in progressAbility to manage a direct reportWhat You'll Bring5+ years of experience managing high-end, custom residential remodeling projects directly for homeowners. Please note that experience in house flipping, multi-family construction, ground-up new construction, restoration, or investment property updates does not qualify for this position.Strong working knowledge of whole-house remodeling scopes directly for homeownersProven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop other project managersA track record of managing project quality, schedule, budget, and changes to scope simultaneouslyStrong customer service instincts and a proven ability to resolve complaints professionallyExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, detailed documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including spreadsheetsExperience with BuilderTrend or comparable project management softwareStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesComfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative teamDesire to help develop upcoming talentValid driver's license and vehicle available for full-time useCompensationBase salary: $100,000–$130,000, commensurate with experienceAnnual bonus based on company profitabilityMonthly Allowances$750/month vehicle and fuel allowance$40/month toward personal cell phoneBenefitsThree weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidays100% employer-paid medical insurance for employees401(k) with 4% company matchProfit-sharing bonus planBohan Custom Remodeling & Build is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
