🚀 Founding Recruiter | AI Startup | $180K–$220K + Equity + BonusI’m working with a high-growth, AI-native startup looking for its first dedicated Recruiter.This is a genuine founding recruiting role, you’ll build the function from the ground up, own hiring end-to-end and work directly with senior leadership to build a high-performing team.What you’ll be doing:Build the recruiting infrastructure from scratch, ATS, sourcing, sequencing and AI-powered workflowsOwn full-cycle hiring across Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer SuccessLead technical hiring, with Engineering being the immediate prioritySource and engage highly sought-after passive candidates through creative, high-quality outreachPartner closely with the CEO and senior leadership on hiring strategy and calibrationHelp build the employer brand and create compelling candidate storiesShape how recruiting operates as the company scalesWhat they’re looking for:5+ years’ recruiting experience, ideally combining agency and in-house experienceStrong track record hiring engineering / technical talentExperience in an early-stage startup (Seed–Series B)Proven ability to operate as a solo IC, owning searches from sourcing through to closeComfortable recruiting for businesses without established brand recognitionAI-native mindset, you're already using AI tools to improve sourcing, research, outreach and recruiting operationsHigh agency, pace and commercial judgement💰 $180K–$220K base + competitive equity + performance bonus📍 US-basedIf you're an ambitious recruiter who wants to build rather than inherit a recruiting function, I'd love to hear from you.📩 DM me for more details or to arrange a confidential conversation.
