Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Your main responsibilities :As a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will join a growing consulting environment and contribute to large-scale HRIS transformation projects for international clients.Your role will combine functional expertise, project leadership and client advisory, with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.You will be responsible for:Leading SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projectsActing as a key functional advisor throughout the project lifecycleRunning workshops to understand, structure and challenge business requirementsDesigning Core HR processes and translating business needs into effective SuccessFactors solutionsConfiguring and overseeing Employee Central solutionsSupporting the definition of project approaches, priorities and delivery plansCoordinating activities between business stakeholders and project teamsEnsuring the quality and consistency of functional designs and deliverablesSupervising testing, deployment and go-live phasesAnticipating project risks and supporting the resolution of complex issuesSupporting stakeholders throughout HR transformation initiativesPresenting project progress and recommendations to senior stakeholdersCoaching and supporting less experienced consultantsContributing to internal methodologies and continuous improvement initiativesDepending on your experience, you may also contribute to:Pre-sales and solution demonstrationsResponses to tenders and client proposalsBusiness development activitiesDevelopment of HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors offeringsInternal knowledge sharing and consultant developmentYour profileWe are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant who combines strong functional expertise with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consultingStrong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralExperience delivering complex HRIS implementation or transformation projectsGood understanding of Core HR processes and HR operating modelsPrevious experience working in international environmentsAbility to lead workshops and interact with senior stakeholdersExperience coordinating project teams and multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, presentation and consulting skillsAbility to analyse complex requirements and propose pragmatic solutionsExperience mentoring or supporting other consultantsSAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly Employee Central, would be highly appreciatedFluent French and English are requiredAdditional European language skills would be a plus
