As we move from prototypes to serial production, one missing part can stop the whole line. We need a supply chain that knows exactly what we depend on, secures it before it becomes a risk, and holds up as volumes grow, all while production is already running.Your MissionBuild a robust supply chain from scratch so we can build our robots reliably as we scale. You take full ownership of how we source, secure and manage every component.What You'll DoSecure supply: Find our critical dependencies, lock in availability through supplier contracts, and qualify alternatives so no single source can stop us.Build the foundation: Set up the ERP and the systems our supply chain runs on, including supplier quality tracking.Define quality: Set clear quality criteria for suppliers and components together with engineering.Create visibility: Give the assembly team the forward visibility they need to plan builds.Inform decisions: Turn supply analysis into input for leadership's volume commitments.Drive cost down: Once supply is robust, reduce component prices toward a leaner bill of materials.Who You'll Work WithEngineering: owns technical specs and qualifies suppliers and alternative componentsAssembly: depends on reliable supply to plan buildsLeadership: sets volume commitments based on your analysisWhat You BringSeveral years in supply chain, procurement or sourcing for hardware products (e.g. robotics, automotive, machinery, electronics)Proven experience building supply chain structures from the ground up, ideally from prototype to series productionHands-on experience setting up or rolling out an ERP systemA solid grasp of BOMs, component sourcing, supplier qualification and supplier qualityStrong negotiation skills and experience closing supplier contractsA hands-on, structured approach: you prioritize well, work comfortably without defined processes, and deliverClear, concise communication in EnglishWhat We OfferFull ownership of a function you build yourself, with direct impact on getting our robots into series productionA small, ambitious team where initiative leads to responsibilityWork on a first-of-its-kind product in intralogisticsAn on-site/hybrid role in Munich, close to engineering and assemblySound like you?
