The team combines the agility of a startup with the resources and scale of a global enterprise.ResponsibilitiesPartner with engineering leaders and stakeholders to define technical solutions and product directionDrive modernisation efforts and migration away from legacy applications and infrastructureDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered development workflows and software agentsLead full-stack software development initiatives across key product verticalsEvaluate, implement, and optimise generative AI capabilities within engineering processesEstablish best practices around software architecture, testing, code quality, and observabilityWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutionsMonitor production systems and leverage metrics, alerting, and observability tools to improve reliabilityMust-Have Qualifications10+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong full-stack development expertiseAdvanced experience with TypeScript and modern web application developmentExperience with server-side frameworks and rendering technologies (such as NestJS, Remix, or similar)Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native environmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical disciplinePreferred QualificationsStrong exposure to AI/LLMs and practical implementation of AI-assisted developmentExperience working across multiple technology stacks and architecturesTechnical leadership experience owning major product or platform initiativesInterest in emerging AI tooling and software engineering innovation
