At URBNLANES, we are committed to shaping inspiring destinations and setting new benchmarks in real estate development.Experience10–15 years of experience in Software Development.At least 3–5 years of experience leading software engineering teams.Proven experience managing software projects and cross-functional teams.Technical RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with Laravel (PHP) and Next.js (React).Strong knowledge of Software Architecture and System Design.Experience building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.Strong understanding of MySQL and database design.Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean) is a plus.Familiarity with Docker and caching technologies (Redis) is a plus.Leadership ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the Engineering team.Manage Backend and Frontend Developers.Oversee code quality, architecture, and technical standards.Plan project timelines and ensure on-time delivery.Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams.Participate in technical interviews and hiring.Drive continuous improvement in development processes.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
