Provide technical leadership and guidance to Software Engineers and SDETs across build and support squads.
Act as the technical liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and technical decisions.
Drive the delivery of new features, customizations, and enhancements within the Dynamics 365 CCaaS platform.
Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, bug fixes, and performance optimization in production environments.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and security teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Promote DevOps best practices, automation, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines across squads.
Ensure compliance with design principles, coding standards, and configuration-over-customization best practices.

Years' experience: minimum 10 years in a similar role.
Bachelor's Degree.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center (CCaaS).
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong experience with Power Platform.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices.
Experience leading technical teams and collaborating across multiple squads.
Azure knowledge is highly desirable.
English: Advanced (C1).📅 WHERE AND WHEN?
Workplace: Hybrid (TCS Madrid).
Work Schedule: 09:00-18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break).
