Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nanny role based in Bengaluru. The Nanny will provide attentive childcare for young children, supporting their daily routines, safety, and emotional well-being throughout the workday. Responsibilities include supervising playtime, assisting with feeding, maintaining a clean and child-friendly environment, and supporting age-appropriate learning and developmental activities. The role also involves coordinating with parents or guardians on schedules, preferences, and any special needs, while maintaining clear communication and consistent routines.QualificationsStrong Babysitting and Childcare skills, with a focus on safety, patience, and nurturing care.Experience Working With Children and knowledge of Early Childhood Development to support age-appropriate learning and behavior.Basic Cooking skills to prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks suitable for children.Ability to maintain a structured daily routine, manage multiple tasks, and respond calmly in unexpected situations.Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with parents or guardians and follow care instructions.Prior experience in a nanny, childcare, or preschool setting is preferred; relevant certifications in childcare or first aid/CPR are an advantage.
