This role offers a chance to contribute to our ambitious growth and play a key part in shaping the future of mining in the Kingdom.OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:Lead and optimize the Concentration & Common II operations within the Phosphoric Acid Plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production while driving process performance improvements, operational excellence, and asset reliability.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Good understanding of Phosphoric acid Reaction/Filtration and filter performance, including Filtration rate, cake washing efficiency, P2O5 losses, scaling, filter cloth performance and troubleshooting of filtration related issuesIn-depth knowledge of forced circulation evaporators, vacuum systems, condensers, ejectors, heat exchangers and fluorine scrubbers.Highly skilled in Phosphoric Acid plant operational control systems and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of heat/mass balance, heat-transfer performance, steam economy and energy optimization.Experience in performance monitoring, KPI analysis, bottleneck identification and debottlenecking.Strong capability in RCA, HAZOP, MOC, process safety, shutdowns and reliability improvement.Proven technical leadership, working across Operations, Process, Mechanical, Reliability, Inspection and Instrumentation teams.Strong knowledge of P2O5 recovery and overall phosphoric acid plant recovery optimization, including identification and reduction of P2O5 losses across the process.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications: University Graduate (Maths & Science) or Engineering Graduate (Chemical Engineering)Minimum Experience:15 Years Operational experience (minimum 10 Years plant operational experience in Phosphoric Acid Plant)Skills:Forced Circulation Evaporators, Vacuum Systems & CondensersPAP Operational Control Systems & TroubleshootingHeat & Mass Balance AnalysisEnergy Efficiency & Steam Economy OptimizationPerformance Monitoring & KPI AnalysisBottleneck Identification & DebottleneckingRCA, HAZOP & MOCP2O5 Recovery OptimizationProcess Safety & Reliability Improvement
