Students learn important skills such as problem-solving, decision making, conflict resolution, public speaking, and leadership through designing, building, and governing interactive LEGO cities.Role Description:At Kidizens, we empower future leaders—one city at a time. Our innovative, project-based educational program uses LEGO® city-building framework to teach children ages 6 to 12 about government, economics, problem-solving, and civic responsibility.We believe learning should be hands-on, imaginative, and meaningful. Through collaborative city-building projects, kids develop critical thinking, leadership, and social-emotional skills that prepare them for the real world.The Role: LEGO City Class InstructorAre you passionate about working with children in a creative and educational setting? Do you thrive in a dynamic, project-based learning environment filled with LEGOs and big ideas?We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Teacher to facilitate our after-school and homeschool programs across various Bay Area locations (Los Altos, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Sunnyvale). As a Lead Teacher at Kidizens, you'll guide students through engaging civic, economic, and leadership lessons while they build their own LEGO cities.
