The Lead Teacher will design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Daily responsibilities include leading classroom activities, guiding play-based learning, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment. The role involves communicating regularly with families and colleagues, documenting observations, and collaborating on curriculum improvements and classroom management strategies. The Lead Teacher will also support and mentor assistant teachers, participate in training sessions, and uphold school policies and regulatory standards.QualificationsStrong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or elementary settings.Ability to create and adapt Lesson Planning to meet diverse learning needs and developmental stages.Effective Communication skills for working with children, families, and colleagues.Experience in Training or mentoring classroom staff or support educators.Relevant academic background such as a degree or certification in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.Knowledge of child development, classroom management, and age-appropriate instructional strategies.Capability to comply with local licensing requirements, including background checks and health clearances.Commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful, and culturally responsive classroom environment.
